What We Do
Chameleon Change Management provide training and consulting for all types of learning and development (L&D) needs. With over 18 years’ experience in designing, developing, and delivering tailor made solutions for a variety of businesses, our vision is to help fuel business growth, by implementing expert strategic development for you and your staff.
We can provide an extensive suite of L&D tools, including facilitation, workshops, coaching & mentoring as well as a full assessment programme.
Clare East is a Director of Chameleon Change Management Ltd and is an experienced management, leadership, and behavioural consultant. With a deep passion for developing people to enable them to realise their true potential, she has a strong belief that very often, a change of ‘self’ is needed more than a change of ‘scenery’.
Starting her career with managing and leading a training academy for a key European passenger car manufacturer, she has covered a broad spectrum of roles, environments and cultures and would welcome the opportunity to talk to you and discover more about your company, business, or individual needs.
TAP and IMI accredited, Clare has a great understanding of what engaging training, facilitation and development looks like.
With a ‘distinction’ in Behavioural training, Clare has a clear understanding of how not to not only measure knowledge and skills but to deeply understand the impact that behaviour has on both a business culture and an individual’s development.

Our prices are very competitive across our workshops, with options to design your own tailored made workshop or training growth session for you and/or your staff members. Skill Pill Tasters - *NEW for 2021
We have recently launched our latest new addition to our online workshops. The two hour skill pill, live with an experienced coach, offering a networking opportunity to talk with other people in a variety of businesses and sectors to share great new and existing ideas.
These sessions will cover a variety of different topics and learning criteria. We will be changing these sessions regularly and this month’s topic is ‘Online Customer Service’.
