A business BOOST is an assessment that helps you to achieve your company's goals, to expand and grow your business in smart and strategic ways. Thats why we have designed the BUSINESS BOOST. The output of helps to identify the critical areas of your business that needs improvement, and we arm you with the perfect solutions to help you structure your business and help increase turnover.

CUTTING EDGE INSIGHTS & FEEDBACK IN AREAS SUCH AS BEHAVIOUR PSYCHOLOGY

You’ll have the knowledge of an experienced business coach and trainer, who will first assess the running of and structure of your business, to determine an action plan based on making vital improvements. This is a 3 day detailed business assessment. The outcome will elevate and inspire your growth. We can also arrange smaller assessments if you prefer.

THE 3 DAY structure of the Business Boost Assessment

The following 3 day plan is a guide to our Business Boost process. We can accommodate virtual assessments and online training if preferred, and this can be structured to best suits your needs.

1.5 days of observations in all areas of the business

Looking at the individuals in the business and understanding their skill sets

Carrying out an behaviour and skill analysis on all the teams (MBTI Profile optional and at an extra cost)

Looking at the effectiveness of their processes in the department and business

And finally understanding what their performance is currently, and what can be done to enhance their performance.

0.5 days to create an action plan and feedback to the relevant audiences

Creating an action plan with step by step feedback in each area of the business with top-line suggestions to change and enhance performance.

1 day to give 1-2-1 feedback to selected team members or a training day based on your action plan

An experienced coach to give tailored behavioural feedback to selected individuals or a workshop tailored to the business needs and action plan.
