The one-day workshop is designed to increase your awareness of your business, we often try to tackle too much in one go and try to fix everything all at once and this generally means that we do not give the tasks and projects our full attention as there is so many things we are working on, sound familiar! It can feel a little like we are spinning plates and at some point, we will get breakage and that could be in our performance, in one of the processes we use or in our people which is the worst kind of breakage.
